How does the placement system work?

Getting a job may not be all that difficult but getting the right job is not an easy task. Therefore we at ATI believe that there has to be an open exchange of thoughts, expectations and ideas between you and us. It is just not content knowledge but there are certain basic skills required to work abroad. We provide an orientation on language and culture which will help you adjust and adapt quickly to your new environment. As regards teaching skills our trainers will help you identify your core strengths and build on them and make you aware of classroom management skills specific to the region, since students everywhere are not the same and expectations from the teacher are influenced by society and culture. Therefore we will guide you to choose the suitable age group and level that would best suit your teaching style.

Constant assistance

We do not consider our job to be over once we have placed a teacher. We believe you are in a new place and environment and therefore need someone as a guide at all times till the point when you are comfortable on your own. We provide guidance regarding mundane things like where to shop and what to eat to more serious issues like legal documentation for a job and organizational structure of the school.

ATI's relation with Schools and Placement partners

ATI works closely with its placement partners all throughout the year. It is a well organized network with maximum effectiveness. The placement partners interact with the schools and in turn provide feedback to ATI regarding their requirements. Based on this ATI’s teacher training is updated and modified. In this two way process, ATI provides a teachers training with up to date methodology and techniques keeping pace with the current trends in the ESL field.

The Alumni center is a forum for all TEFL trained teachers , aspiring teachers , educators in short anyone and everyone associated with ESL. It is a forum where topics are discussed, opinions expressed, experiences shared and grievances voiced.
